Megan Applin (she/her/hers) is a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature with specializations in Modernism, gender studies, and queer theory. She also has a professional background in archival work, public services, and community engagement.
Megan has a passion for games of all types and had created a bi-monthly community LGTQIA+ Board Game Night event that ran for over two years. These game nights offered a social space for queer people and their loved ones to play games, relax in safer spaces, and engage with the queer community and their allies across Mid-Michigan. She continues to play a variety of games with her loved ones and hopes to host more queer-forward events in the future.
