At APPRECOTS, we help organizations build inclusive, evidence-driven environments where people thrive. We’re seeking an experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team as a Behavioral Specialist Research Associate.

In this role, you will apply behavioral science and research methods to evaluate intervention programs, guide service quality, and strengthen professional practice across human service systems. This position combines analytical rigor with human-centered collaboration—ideal for someone who is curious, insightful, and passionate about improving lives through data-informed, compassionate systems.

The Behavioral Specialist Research Associate uses scientific methods to evaluate and support behavioral intervention and skill development programming. Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing ABA treatment plans for medical necessity and quality

• Consulting with behavioral, social, and administrative professionals

• Delivering professional training and co-training with APPRECOTS team members

• Creating tools and resources (e.g., flowcharts, templates, guides) to strengthen program quality
